Ongoing maintenance and operational support of the AWS environment following the establishment project. Operation and maintenance after migration and implementation. Work included ensuring the platform ran as expected, suggesting improvements, maintaining code, communicating with the client, cost optimization with Reserved Instances, network changes, FTP/SFTP improvements, and adding new applications.

Established an AWS platform using a multi-account strategy and Landing Zone framework. Teams and applications were organized into test, staging, and production accounts. Central services included networking, Route 53, ECR, S3, logging, monitoring, IAM Identity Center, AWS Client VPN, Security Hub, AWS Config, GuardDuty, and backup accounts.

The solution was automated using Terraform with Terraform Cloud as CI/CD and GitHub as the code repository. Migrated services included RDS PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, S3 replication, ECS Fargate, SQS, and SES.

Maintains and further develops client IT infrastructure services with a primary focus on AWS and Terraform. Also assists with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and general server operations.

Built AWS enterprise orchestration with AWS Organizations and AWS SSO using Azure AD as identity provider. Work included VPNs, inter-account networking, security domains, standards, safeguards, logging, monitoring, developer onboarding, and platform advisory. The setup was written in Terraform with GitHub repositories and Atlantis as CI/CD.

Established an identity broker so customer identity providers could grant users access to applications while keeping customer data separated. Implemented Amazon Cognito and evaluated providers including Auth0, Okta, OneLogin, and server-side technologies such as Keycloak.

Managed Single Sign-On for applications and services on platforms including AWS, Office 365, and Azure. Tasks included requirements, setup, architecture, monitoring, AD FS operations, server upgrades, certificate management, and stakeholder coordination.

Lifted an on-premises environment to AWS, including networking, Active Directory, file servers, applications, and migration of an Oracle database to Amazon RDS.

Set up a dedicated Office 365 tenant with licensing and domain configuration, used PowerShell for user migration and OneDrive management, and trained administrators on Office 365 Admin Center and CloudIQ licensing.

Planned and implemented AWS infrastructure for Windows 10 workstations using Amazon WorkSpaces and Terraform. Work included VPC, subnetting, route tables, DHCP options, VPN connections, Active Directory integration, IAM best practices, CloudWatch, email alerts, file server testing, and database services.

Provided expertise and guidance to administrators of cloud solutions, including Office 365, Azure, AWS, licensing, VLSC, Cloud-IQ, and Microsoft Enterprise Agreement portal support.
